Maximize Contributed Rakeback

How do you increase your rake and rakeback using the Contributed Rake Method? It offers higher rakeback for players who play a lot of hands by limping in (not raising pre flop so you get to see a lot of flops) then folding if they do not hit a hand and there is action, or, if you do not have a good enough draw and pot odds to continue.

If you are a tight player or a Rock (a player who does plays very few hands) then this method of calculating your rake contribution to a hand and in the long term your rakeback, is not as good as the Dealt Rake Method but better for you than the Weighted Contribution Method.

If your playing style means you are a Loose Aggresive player (LAG) who plays a lot of hands and when you play you are very often raising and re raising then the Contributed Rake Method may not be best for you and your rakeback. But the Contributed Rake Method is better for you than the Dealt Rake Method as you will get a higher % of the rake awarded to you for your action and playing style.

If you do play a medium to high percentage of starting hands then you should also consider sites that use the Weighted Contribution Method to calculate your rake and rakeback.
